Location

Hangzhou (杭州) is a city of 6 million people located 180 km southwest of Shanghai, in the beautiful province of Zhejiang. It is renowned for its natural beauty, its rich history and cultural heritage as well as fine traditional products such as silk and tea. There are direct flights to the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH) from Beijing, Seoul, Tokyo, Kansai, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and other international airports.

From Hangzhou to the conference hotel:

● If you arrive at Hangzhou Xianshan International Airport (HGH), you can take a taxi to conference hotel directly. The taxi may take 55 minutes to conference hotel and taxi fare may be 95 yuan (CNY). Alternatively you can take a shuttle bus at the Hangzhou Xianshan International Airport to Hangzhou Wulinmen (杭州武林门) Flight Ticket Hall (Address: 390 Tiyuchang Road, Hangzhou), then take a taxi to conference hotel. The shuttle bus takes one hour to Hangzhou Wulinmen (杭州武林门) Flight Ticket Hall. The shuttle bus fare is 40 yuan (CNY) per person. The taxi may take 20 minutes to conference hotel and taxi fare may be 20 yuan.

● If you arrive at Hangzhou Railway Station, you can take a taxi to conference hotel directly. The taxi may take 25 minutes to conference hotel and taxi fare may be 25 yuan.

From Shanghai to the conference hotel:

● If you arrive at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG), you can take a shuttle bus at the Shanghai Pudong International Airport to Hangzhou Wulinmen (杭州武林门) Flight Ticket Hall (Address: 390 Tiyuchang Road, Hangzhou), then take a taxi to conference hotel. The shuttle bus takes 3 hours and half to Hangzhou Wulinmen (杭州武林门) Flight Ticket Hall. The shuttle bus fare is 85 yuan per person. The taxi may take 20 minutes to conference hotel and taxi fare may be 20 yuan. The shuttle bus Schedule: Shanghai Pudong Airport to Hangzhou Wulinmen (杭州武林门) Flight Ticket Hall (8: 40, 10: 10, 11: 40, 13:10, 14: 40, 16: 10, 17: 50), Hangzhou Wulinmen (杭州武林门) Flight Ticket Hall to Shanghai Pudong Airport (6: 00, 7: 30, 9: 00, 10: 30, 12: 00, 13: 30, 15: 00, 16: 00).

Alternatively, you can also take a taxi to go to conference hotel directly, it takes about two and a half hours and the price should be around 800 Yuan (CNY). Price can be negotiated before the trip. 

● If you arrive at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA), you can take the high-speed rail (6:30—21:00, every 20 minutes frequency) at the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport High-speed Railway Station to Hangzhou Railway Station, then take a taxi to conference hotel. The high-speed rail takes you 50 minutes to arrive at Hangzhou Railway Station. The high-speed rail fare is 85 yuan per person. The taxi may take 25 minutes to conference hotel and taxi fare may be 25 yuan.
